A great compliment. Our NPS increased to 71 (+1) this year!

So again this year our customers have rated us with wonderful marks. As a result, we can proudly present our new Net Promoter Score of 71 (+1)! The NPS shows the extent to which customers recommend organizations. The higher the number, the higher the enthusiasm. An NPS score above 70 is considered 'excellent'.

We are proud but above all very grateful for all the trust and enthusiasm of our customers. This year we were able to provide organizations with our prescription safety glasses, otoplastics and prescription monitor glasses. Among others, we helped metal companies, water boards, insurance companies, department stores, zoos, schools and food producers. ZZP-ers with a specific question were also helped by us and provided with personal advice and the right products.
