According to the Federal Public Service, you are even required to offer professional hearing protection (such as otoplastics) to employees exposed to harmful noise levels. But what about the right to otoplastics and their reimbursement?

In the context of noise exposure and prevention of hearing damage, hearing protection must be made available to workers starting at an exposure level of 80 dB(A).

Otoplastics reimbursement and duty to wear for employees

Above 80 dB(A), employees and employers are not only required to make hearing protection available, but are also required to wear it. This must also be monitored by the employer.
